Our Mission: At Villages of Lake Highlands, we are committed to be the best senior healthcare facility in the Dallas area, known for excellence in clinical care and customer service provided in an atmosphere of gracious hospitality.

Our Team: Our team consists of a diverse group of approximately one hundred fifty individuals who share a common passion for improving the lives of our senior residents.  They are skilled in their roles, enjoy working collaboratively across different functional areas, and are personally invested in our collective results.
