We offer innovative and individualized programing to meet each resident’s unique needs. We assist seniors and their families with short term post-acute therapy and rehabilitation, transitional care and chronic care management, long term private care, and we facilitate hospice services. We also offer short term respite stays and outpatient therapy.

Additionally, Villages of Lake Highlands is widely regarded among the best facilities in the area providing services to those suffering from dementia, cognitive or memory impairments, with over sixty beds dedicated this specialty. We assist families whose loved ones suffer anywhere along the memory care spectrum whether that be early, mid, or late stages of the disease process. Our staff is specially trained in caring for memory care residents, and we provide a safe, secure, yet very residential and comfortable environment. We are one of only a few facilities in the Dallas / Fort Worth area providing skilled care for memory impaired residents who suffer from other common chronic illnesses or orthopedic injuries, and the only facility to feature a therapy gym dedicated exclusively to memory care residents. Our specialty licensure ensures our residents will not be forced to leave our facility as their medical condition changes.
